Returns and/or Exchanges

Thank you for shopping  rosepedalsdurango.com!  If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, please return the item(s) for a refund or exchange.  ALL PURCHASES MUST BE PRE-AUTHORIZED FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE.  To receive your authorization number, please email us at sales@rosepedalsdurango.com with your name, order number, what you wish to return/exchange and the reason.  If you would like to exchange, please indicate this in your email letting us know the style, size and color you are interested in.  We will get back to you within 48 hours.

 

Please follow these steps to initiate returns or exchanges:

  • Returns are accepted within 15 days from receipt of your order. Orders initiated after the 15-day period will not be accepted for refund – exchange only for up to 30 days.
  • Returned items must be in their original condition, not worn, not washed and with original tags attached. We cannot accept returns with signs of wear (i.e., sweat, deodorant, make-up etc.)
  • Shipping is non-refundable.  Customer is responsible for return shipping cost.  We suggest you insure your package through a carrier that allows you to track your package (i.e., USPS, FedEx, and UPS).  Please indicate the RA# on the outside and inside of the box so as not to delay the return processing.  Once your package is received, refunds or exchanges may take up to 14 days.
  • ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALES AND MAY NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED
